We can now match the cone beam examination with the .stl files coming from the oral scanner.

TADs planning We can put the mini-implants virtually in the 3D planning for aligners and make the surgical guide for you. We can visualize and avoid any conflict between the roots and the implants during the treatment! (exclusively with Yellow Line)
Control of the bone limit
For extensive movements such as distalization and expansion, we can control that the teeth will not cross anatomical borders
Design of specific bone anchored appliances
Yellow Line is working with Benefit™, Ortholox™ and Tiger™ mini-screw systems, allowing us to design specific appliances for the most demanding clinical applications.

Validation (assessment) service
We provide a validation service for treatment feasibility and offer 3D treatment simulations based on materials provided, assisting practitioners in making informed decisions.
3D planning service
With a full prescription, we provide 3D planning for aligner production, enabling practitioners to create their in-office aligners. Once the 3D planning is provided, it is possible to upgrade to Yellow Line Aligners to get high quality aligners for your patients.
Production of aligners
Practitioners can order aligners for patients from any initial service without extra charges. A treatment plan is shared for final approval before aligner production and delivery.
The Laboratory
The Sunset BG medical technical laboratory that produces the Yellow Line aligners is approved by the Ministry of Health. It gathers in a unique place in Sofia the activities of clinical support, 3D modeling as well as 3D printing, making of laser cut aligners. Each team member knows and can follow any task in progress.
